Kids flower crown base kit 
1 x flower crown base - length approximately 45cm - diameter approximately 15cm
1 x 3 meter length of flora tape 
1 x 1 meter of twine used to tie the flower together at the back or you can pin the loops of the crown base to a hair style with bobby / hair pins
